Silent Lucidity 2.0 - Silence of Wings: Yearbook Write-Up

Dark waters. Blue fins.

This is how Ronnel Caluag classifies himself--a blue fish in the dark waters of the ocean. While he could be so much adored because of his deep blue coloration and long flowing fins, he chooses to stay hidden in the blue background, living and breathing without a sound. He did not want to swim with the other blue fishes. He stayed out of the light, he feared the light. In the darkness he wished he was a lighter blue.

One day he saw the most beautiful fish he ever saw his whole life. The fish noticed him, and they stared at each other with enchantment.

The beautiful fish was not blue. It was pink.

After that moment the lonely, blue fish was nowhere to be found. There were rumors that the last creature that saw him was the seacow, from which he asked for some pink paint.
